This page explains scheduling, cancellation, refund, and service expectations for projects, consultations, retainers, and digital marketing services provided by Solve Design Create. Because our work consists of time, planning, and custom deliverables rather than physical goods, different policies apply than those of a retail store.

This policy applies to consultations, strategy sessions, audits, implementation sessions, and any scheduled service provided by Solve Design Create (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Solve Design Create provides professional consulting, technical implementation, and marketing advisory services. These services reserve dedicated time, preparation, and analysis resources prior to the scheduled meeting.
For this reason, appointments are treated as a reserved professional engagement.
All service fees are non-refundable once a service period or scheduled engagement has begun.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, search rankings, or platform behavior. Payment secures professional time, analysis, and expertise — not a guaranteed business result.
In addition to scheduled appointments, Solve Design Create provides project-based and recurring services including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing management, branding, and technical implementation. These services involve research, planning, configuration, and work performed outside of scheduled meetings.
Work on projects and recurring services begins shortly after onboarding and may occur before visible deliverables are published. For this reason, payments for active service periods, retainers, deposits, and project phases are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is prepaid and has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once work, research, setup, or configuration has commenced, the service is considered in progress and the payment is earned.
Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made with proper notice will be accommodated based on availability.
Requests to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice are handled at our discretion.
We may, but are not obligated to:
Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) forfeits the session.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
At our discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.
Where a refund is not issued, we may provide a service credit toward a future session or service.
Service credits:
If we must reschedule due to emergency, illness, or unavoidable conflict, we will offer a new appointment time promptly. If we are unable to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for a service already scheduled or rendered without contacting us first constitutes a breach of this agreement.
We reserve the right to:
Websites, designs, marketing plans, branding materials, written content, optimization work, and other digital deliverables are custom-created for each client. Because these items cannot be returned and cannot be resold, completed or delivered work is non-refundable once provided or approved.
Clients are encouraged to request revisions during the project process. Approval of a deliverable, publication of work, or transfer of files constitutes acceptance of the work performed.
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
