The #2 Burger Joint in the USA showed up in AI even before GEO was a buzzword.

“I used Google Gemini and asked for the best burger restaurant in Florida — and Brooks Burgers popped up first. I was like, ‘Oh my God… the AI answered with our place.’”

We Recalibrate Infrastructure

Consumer behavior shifted. High-commission third-party apps became "parasites." The digital storefront was no longer matching the premium physical quality. Online Ordering needed streamlining.

Most agencies optimize for vanity metrics and look for temporary traffic spikes. At Solve Design Create LLC, we engineer digital empires designed to establish absolute authority where discovery actually happens now. Long before the marketing industry invented the phrase Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), our structural infrastructure was already turning artificial intelligence platforms into direct consumer acquisition channels for our clients.

When you build a digital system anchored strictly in semantic clarity and machine readability, you don’t have to chase algorithm trends. The engine natively recognizes your brand as the definitive trusted answer in your market—proving your superiority to both traditional search crawls and modern conversational AI platforms automatically.

The bottleneck

THE BOTTLENECK

In recent years, the fast-casual restaurant industry has faced significant shifts in customer behavior, heavily driven by the rise of third-party delivery apps and mobile-first ordering habits. As a result, Brooks Burgers was at a crossroads. While their physical locations boasted a fiercely loyal following of families and local burger enthusiasts, their existing digital infrastructure was fragmented. To sustain growth and capture a younger, digital-native demographic, they needed to pivot—bringing the warmth and customization of their in-store dining experience directly onto screens.

“We wanted to elevate our digital storefront to match the premium quality of our burgers. Today’s guests seek a frictionless, rapid checkout where they can fully customize their meals—from swapping toppings to choosing sides—without the frustration of a clunky interface. Our goal was to give our guests complete control of their ordering journey. With this digital transformation, we did exactly that.”

The Recipe Recipe

The Recipe

We built a fast, mobile-friendly website that handles online ordering across all Brooks Burgers locations.
To bridge the gap between physical brand equity and digital performance, Solve Design Create engineered a “System-First” infrastructure for Brooks Burgers that prioritizes frictionless transactions and AI-driven visibility. By integrating custom WordPress development with Toast POS, the brand moved from a fragmented digital presence to a high-performance business engine.

Here are the core technical and strategic pillars of the transformation:

The site was engineered for "AI-readability," resulting in Brooks Burgers being the first recommendation cited by Google Gemini when asked for the best burger in Florida.
To match the premium quality of the food, the interface was rebuilt to offer a rapid, "thumb-friendly" checkout experience optimized for mobile users.
The system features multi-tiered interactive modifier menus, allowing guests to fully customize toppings and sides without the frustration of a clunky interface.
High-definition "counter craving" visuals are paired with one-click digital payment layers like Apple Pay to minimize cart abandonment.
A native loyalty ecosystem was built directly into the Toast POS architecture, allowing over 3,000 members to seamlessly earn and redeem points.
The "Smart Gateway" automatically routes customers to the nearest physical location—Downtown, Vanderbilt, or the Tavern & Grill—to ensure order accuracy.
The checkout flow utilizes clean modifier paths, making it simple for customers to add high-margin items like shakes or sides to their order during the transaction.
By building a proprietary digital system, the brand retained 100% of direct revenue, reducing its reliance on "parasitic" high-commission delivery apps.
The digital system integrates with physical automation like "BellaBot," which can deliver 12 entrees at once, allowing human servers to focus on relationship-building and handshakes.
Moving beyond temporary campaigns, the project focused on building a permanent digital infrastructure that the owner controls, rather than "renting" visibility from third-party platforms.
