Solve Design Create LLC helps e-commerce companies, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, omnichannel retailers, online stores, and subscription businesses build the digital infrastructure required to acquire customers profitably, increase average order value, and scale revenue predictably.
Most commerce businesses don’t struggle because their products are bad. They struggle because customer acquisition, conversion, and retention are disconnected systems. Traffic leaks. Checkout creates friction. Ad spend gets expensive. Growth becomes a guessing game.
When sales slow down, the default move is to spend more on ads. But traffic is rarely the root problem—and pouring it into a broken system just raises the cost of that problem.
The real growth killers are usually:
Scaling a modern retail brand takes more than a template and an ad account. It takes a unified system where discovery, trust, frictionless checkout, and automated retention reinforce one another. We build that across three connected disciplines:
We don’t build websites—we build the systems that scale a maker into a brand and protect a brand when the world suddenly pays attention. Here are two ends of that spectrum.
The before: Kera Berutti makes one-of-a-kind jewelry from upcycled, artist-licensed guitar strings and picks—”wearable art” out of Metro Detroit. For years, every sale was a three-hour back-and-forth in Facebook Messenger and a PayPal invoice. “We’re talking three hours of back and forth for a $20 bracelet.” She was an artisan. She wasn’t yet a brand.
What we built: A WordPress + WooCommerce store engineered to scale—300+ SKUs, variation dropdowns, her own photography on every listing, and a tag architecture that lets a fan search “Beatles” and instantly find every matching piece. Isolated hosting, hosted checkout via WooCommerce Payments (no card data on her site), and Google Site Kit so every product update talks directly to search.
The impact:
“I couldn’t set up a spreadsheet to save my life, yet I run my own website. To bring that into fruition wouldn’t have happened without that support.” — Kera Berutti, Founder, Restrummed
Who he is: Jack Storms is a world-renowned contemporary glass sculptor—the only artist using a proprietary cold-glass lathe to engineer solid optical crystal into Fibonacci-based sculptures. His work has been commissioned by Marvel Studios (Guardians of the Galaxy), built into Derek Jeter’s 3,000th-hit commemorative bat, and gifted to heads of state.
The viral-traffic test (2018): When a Jack Storms process video went viral for the second time, his site faced 55 million hits—the exact moment most e-commerce sites collapse. We had migrated the brand to a custom AWS load-balanced architecture engineered to absorb exactly that kind of spike. The result: 98.4% uptime through the surge. The traffic converted instead of crashing.
The luxury launch (2022–2023): We helped launch Jack Storms Wearables, bringing his crystal-and-dichroic techniques into the high-end Infinity Core Collection. For products whose entire value is how they refract light at every angle, static photos don’t sell—so we produced 20+ custom product and launch videos (The Dog Tag, StarChild, The Elysian, The Avery, the Owain Collection, and more), giving each piece the cinematic presentation a luxury price point demands.
The takeaway: Whether you’re an artisan finding your first audience or a global brand bracing for a viral spike, the principle is the same—infrastructure has to hold under pressure, and presentation has to match the price.
We match the platform to the business rather than forcing every store into the same box. We work across WooCommerce, Shopify, and all major e-commerce building platforms & content management systems, supporting physical and digital products, subscriptions, memberships, and recurring revenue models with secure payment processing.
Too many commerce businesses treat their website like a digital brochure. Modern e-commerce requires much more. Your website should answer questions, organize inventory, process payments, capture leads, improve discoverability, and keep generating revenue whether you’re sleeping, traveling, working an event, or selling face-to-face. That’s the difference between having a website and having commerce infrastructure.
Every commerce engagement is architected to fix your specific bottleneck, but the execution always follows our four-step method:
If you’re tired of watching margins get eaten by ad platforms and ready to build an e-commerce ecosystem that compounds, we start with one question: What is actually broken?
