This DMCA & Copyright Policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and how we respond to claims.

Our Website may display content including (but not limited to) text, imagery, video, brand marks, screenshots, case studies, and
client-provided materials. If you believe content on this Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

“DMCA Notice”.

Your notice must include the following:

   that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the content identified.
We may also notify the party that provided the content (if applicable).

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
2. The URL(s) of the material that was removed (if known) and a description of what was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Collier County, Florida if outside the U.S.)
   and will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we may restrict access or take additional measures against repeat infringers.
